Ken Martin

Ken Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Ken is currently working at Actian as the Global Strategic Partner and Solutions Director, responsible for connecting Actian's Big Fast Data and Analytics capabilities to industry and client solutions globally. Prior to this, they held roles as the Digital & Analytics (DnA) Practice Director and Global Center of Excellence Lead for Business Analytics Services (BAS) at HCL America, Inc., where they provided strategic and advisory services to Fortune 100-2000 companies. Ken also has experience as a Practice Director and BI Practice Manager at HCL, where they provided solutions for integrating Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, and Social Media Listening and Analytics. Before this, they worked as a Product Manager at Infosys, a Managing Principal Consultant at Tacilent Corporation, and a Director/Senior Manager at BearingPoint. Ken also had director roles at Atos Origin and Oracle Corporation. Their career began as a Programmer/Analyst at the Superconducting Super Collider, where they provided process analysis and programming support for various departments. Ken Martin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in the years 1991 to 1993. Prior to this, they pursued undergraduate studies in Architecture, Engineering, and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1987 to 1991.
