Tony Zirnoon, CISSP, has a diverse work experience in the cybersecurity and technology industry. Tony has worked as a Director of Channel & Strategic Partnerships at Actian, where they focused on expanding Actian's channel and partnership ecosystem in the Americas. Tony also served as a Seed Investor at InstaSecure, an innovative company that specializes in building secure boundaries for cloud infrastructure using existing security controls. Additionally, Tony has been a Pre-Seed Investor and Advisor at Unibui, Inc., a mobile map-based incentives and jobs marketplace for students.

In the field of AI and cybersecurity, Tony was a Founding Member of the US National AI and Cybersecurity ISAO at NAIC ISAO. Tony recognized the need for comprehensive regulations and policies governing AI technology and cybersecurity.

Tony's entrepreneurial ventures include their role as the Executive Chairman, Advisor, and Investor at Human Capital Ventures Corp. Tony Zirnoon, CISSP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Spanish, from California State University-Sacramento in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Biological and Physical Sciences from SAN JOSE DE CALASANZ in 1990. In addition to their education, Tony has obtained various certifications such as IBM Champion 2024, Innovator, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from institutions like IBM and (ISC)². Tony has also pursued certifications including CCSA from Check Point and PGP Certified Engineer from PGP Corporation.
