Mercedes Cruz serves as the Chief Operations & Creative Officer at Insuring Impact, Inc. since September 2020, driving a movement to provide impact beyond insurance. Alongside this role, Mercedes is the Creative Director at Immerse Inc., a digital marketing agency specializing in ROI-driven solutions for businesses. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Explorer Adult Advisor at the Milpitas Police Department from October 2010 to October 2019, focusing on youth engagement in law enforcement careers, and as a Training Coordinator at Tesla from December 2013 to May 2016, supporting training initiatives for the Daimler-Benz W242 project. Additionally, Mercedes was the Lead Activities Coordinator for Learning for Life, enhancing educational programs.
