Will Souter

Will Souter is the Chief Financial Officer at Actinogen Medical, a biotech company focused on developing therapies for Alzheimer’s and other neurological diseases, since February 2024. Souter is also the Founder of The Capital Bureau, which offers strategic support to entities seeking capital and partnerships, and serves as the Non Executive Chair at Evolve Power Limited. Previously, Souter held the CFO position at Atomo Diagnostics and Verton Technologies, both recognized for their innovative contributions to medical devices and smart technology, respectively. Additionally, Souter was the Non Executive Chair at BeA Australia Pty Limited and served as an Executive Director at RFC Ambrian Limited, as well as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Souter’s educational background includes qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and degrees in Commerce and Laws from the University of Adelaide.
