Phillip Lomoe

Phillip Lomoe is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Department HR/Senior Human Resources at Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA since September 2016. With a strong background in HR management, Phillip has held various positions including Human Resources Officer and Base HR/Administrator at ACF-USA, and HR/Administration Officer at Mercy Corps. Other relevant experience includes roles at World Vision and Medair, contributing to organizational growth through effective HR practices and employee engagement. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Uganda Management Institute.
