Chelsea Vale

Chelsea Vale has a diverse range of work experience. Chelsea currently serves as the Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers, an ABA Therapy center for Autism that they joined in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Behavioral Innovations from 2014 to 2022, holding various roles including Senior Director of Clinical Services, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Clinical Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Registered Behavior Technician. In 2012, Chelsea was a Volunteer Mentor at Communities In Schools of North Texas, where they provided support and educational assistance to children. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Health Administrative Assistant at the University of North Texas Health and Wellness Center.

Chelsea Vale completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a focus on Developmental and Child Psychology, from the University of North Texas between 2011 and 2014. Chelsea later pursued a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at Ball State University from 2015 to 2017.
