Jason Hirst

Jason Hirst has a diverse work experience in the field of ABA therapy, starting in 2015 as a Lecturer at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Jason then worked as a Training and Development Manager at The Behavior Exchange, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, they also served as an Adjunct Faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In 2020, they worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at BEHAVIOR CARE SPECIALISTS, INC and as a Consultant at Innovative Behavioral Solutions, PLLC. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at Autism Learning Collaborative. Currently, they are employed as the Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism, starting in 2023.

Jason Hirst earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 2008. Jason then went on to receive a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The University of Kansas in 2013. Following that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology at The University of Kansas, completing it in 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and as a Licensed Behavior Analyst from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
