Naveed Mitha

Naveed Mitha is currently the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Operations at Action Behavior Centers, focusing on ABA therapy for autism. Since 2022, they have served as a Business Operations Manager in the Office of the CEO at Splunk, managing cross-functional projects. Previously, they held roles in sales strategy and business operations at Samsara and investment banking at Lazard and Truist Securities, where they facilitated M&A transactions and mentored analysts. Naveed is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.
