Patty Horntvedt has extensive experience in service coordination and administrative roles within the electrical and communications industries. Currently serving as a Service Coordinator at Action Electric since August 2018, Patty has proven expertise in managing customer interactions and dispatching technicians. Prior to this position, Patty worked at Canem Systems Ltd. for over 16 years, first as a Rollout Administrator, where responsibilities included scheduling multi-location installations across Canada and fostering strong relationships with customers. Patty also held roles as a Service Coordinator and a part-time Administrative Assistant, providing support in various clerical tasks and project execution. Earlier career experience includes owning and operating Computer Select Video & CD, focusing on inventory management and staff training. Patty is a graduate of Carson Graham Secondary.
