Pamela Gillaspie

Pamela Gillaspie is an experienced professional in the software testing and development industry, currently serving as a Social Architect at Action Engineering, LLC since September 2019, where the focus is on empowering companies to adopt Model-Based Definition and Agile Practices. Prior to this, Pamela held several key roles at Eggplant from 2009 to 2019, including Director of Product Management, where significant contributions were made to the company's growth into a global leader in software-testing products. Additional roles included Managing Test Engineer, overseeing a team of testers across multiple locations and creating a QA management framework, and Test Engineer/Team Lead, where Pamela developed an automated regression framework and enhanced the continuous integration environment. Earlier experience includes web development for residential and commercial clients, and education from Carnegie Mellon University and Penn State University.
