Meg Thoma Luby has over 35 years of work experience in the consumer products and retail industries. Meg began their career in 1986 as a Unit Manager at Procter and Gamble. Meg then moved to Clorox in 1994, where they served as a Sales Planning Manager. In 2000, they joined Webvan as the Director of Strategic Alliances and Marketing, where they developed Strategic Relationships with major CPG Manufacturers, led local marketing efforts, and integrated a major acquisition. In 2001, they joined Johnson and Johnson as the Vice President of Sales, where they were promoted to lead the combined Field sales Organization for McNeil, J&J Merck, and McNeil Nutritionals. In 2007, they joined Hasbro Inc. as the Vice President of U.S. Marketing, where they were responsible for delivering top and bottom line results through marketing innovation, media mix, pricing, product exclusives, forecasting, and executional excellence. In 2014, they joined Build-A-Bear Workshop as the General Manager of New Business, where they led Corporate Collaboration and Third Party Retail businesses. Currently, they are the Executive Advisor and Retail Marketing Lead at Action Face, where they are working with the CEO, Company Founders, and Marketing Team to grow the Actionface! brand.
Meg Thoma Luby received their MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Louisville in 1995. Meg previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Economics (Double major) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 1986.
