Kara Johnson

Kara Johnson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR administration, leadership, and coordination across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator at Action for Children since February 2022, Kara previously held positions including Human Resources Director at Life Care Centers of America and Human Resources Manager at Peregrine Health Care Services. Experience with the Supreme Court of Ohio involved providing HR support to over 1,000 judges and court personnel, focusing on benefits, compliance, and HRIS. Education includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.
