Barry King

Barry King is an accomplished editor and content producer with over 16 years of experience in the media industry. Currently serving as General Manager for UAE at Action Global Communications since January 2017, Barry also holds the roles of Account Director and Regional Content Director, where responsibilities include creating and overseeing content for clients across various sectors, including aviation, hospitality, and automotive. Prior to this, Barry was the Editor of 7DAYSUAE for nearly a decade, managing editorial content for the leading news brand in the UAE. Earlier experiences include positions as Sports Writer at Emirates Today and Gazette Media Company, contributing significantly to sports journalism in the region. Barry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from The University of Huddersfield.
