F. Wayne MacLeod has extensive experience in mission work and church development, currently serving as a Full-time Missionary and directing the ministry of Light To My Path Book Distribution under Action International Ministries since October 2003. The ministry provides Bible study materials to pastors and Christian workers in various developing countries. Previously, F. Wayne MacLeod held leadership roles in church development and leadership development with Africa Evangelical Fellowship from 1985 to 1994, focusing on restoring church unity and training local leaders. F. Wayne MacLeod's academic background includes a Master of Theological Studies from Tyndale Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Waterloo, among other qualifications.
