Mary Ann Anderson has extensive experience in mission work and women's development advocacy. Since December 1985, Mary Ann has served as the International Coordinator of Training and Development at Action International Ministries, focusing on encouraging and training individuals pursuing missions careers. Additionally, Mary Ann has worked as a Women's Development Advocate, empowering women to utilize their God-given talents for impactful service. Prior roles include administrative assistant and human resources within Action International Ministries, as well as serving as secretary for the Sudan Interior Mission in Niger Republic. Earlier in their career, Mary Ann was a Women's Resident Manager for Midwest Challenge, Inc., supporting women recovering from substance abuse. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Divinity Degree in Women's Ministry from Christian Leaders College, a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute, and studies in Secretarial Science at Southwest Minnesota State University.
