Mark Rowland

Mark Rowland is an experienced leader in the mental health sector, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Mental Health and Smoking Partnership at Action on Smoking and Health since July 2022 and as Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Foundation since January 2016, where Mark has overseen significant growth and strategic transformation. Mark has held various key positions including Non Executive Director at Mental Health at Work and has served on the boards of other charitable organizations such as Partners Relief & Development. With a background in fundraising and partnerships spanning multiple organizations, including VSO and Christian Aid, Mark combines a robust foundation in strategy, finance, and development management, having earned an MBA from The Open University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Liverpool.
