Eric Brunst

Eric Brunst, CMCA, AMS, is an experienced general manager with a robust background in managing urban high-rise properties. Currently serving as general manager at Action Property Management since August 2017, Eric oversees notable developments such as Marquee Park Place and Plaza Irvine. Prior to this role, Eric dedicated nearly a decade to FirstService Residential in California, where responsibilities included managing various urban developments and high-rise communities. Earlier in their career, Eric held the position of director of security at South Coast Plaza from 1989 to 2003, demonstrating a strong foundation in operational management and security oversight.
