Carolyn Payne Lanier has over three decades of experience in human resources and clerical roles within the trucking industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Action Resources since December 1997, Carolyn has developed a strong expertise in HR management. Prior experience includes clerical positions at Wise Trucking, Inc. from August 1990 to November 1997, handling payroll, taxes, permits, and audits, as well as at R. E. Garrison Trucking, Inc. from May 1986 to July 1990, where responsibilities included managing permits and qualifying new drivers and employees. Carolyn earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the University of North Alabama in 2009 and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Wallace State Community College between 2005 and 2009.
