Patrick Handfield

Patrick Handfield is an experienced professional in the field of physiotherapy and performance medicine. Currently serving as President and Executive Director of Action Sport Physio since 1993, Patrick also played a pivotal role as a founding partner and franchisor of the organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Health Specialist for Cirque Éloize from 2000 to 2017 and as a Senior Consultant in the Performance Medicine Department at Cirque du Soleil from 1992 to 2016. Additional roles include Physical Therapist for the Canadian Olympic Committee and Athletics Canada, as well as a Physical and Athletic Therapist for the Canadian Paralympic Committee. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from McGill University, earned between 1982 and 1985.
