Neil Willis

Neil Willis is an experienced finance and management professional with a strong background in private equity and board membership across various companies. Currently serving as a Board Member for Action Title Research, LLC; SciShield; Intellect; MHC Software; HireRoad; and Trax Technologies, Neil also holds the position of Partner and Principal at Strattam Capital since March 2019. Previously, Neil was a Vice President at GTCR LLC and an Associate at Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Education includes an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, complemented by time at the University of Oxford.
