Jim Lawrence

Jim Lawrence is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Lawrence served as the former Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Darden from June 1995 to October 2015, overseeing sourcing, distribution, and quality assurance for all Darden concepts and managing over $2 billion in annual capital and food product expenditures. Responsibilities included leading a team that sourced more than 25 million product cases from 1,500 vendors in 10 countries. Prior roles at Darden included Vice President of Supply Management and various leadership positions in supply chain operations. Jim Lawrence also has professional experience in logistics and sales with Mobil Chemical and Nabisco. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
