John Caron

John Caron is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership and governance. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Board Member at IZEA, Thrive Frozen Nutrition, Inc., and Tijuana Flats, Caron holds various roles within nonprofit and social enterprise organizations, including Rally and Entrepreneurs in Action, Inc. Previous positions include significant leadership roles at Darden Restaurants, where Caron was President of Olive Garden, and Unilever, where Caron managed Lipton Beverages. Caron holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as an MA in Politics from New York University and a BA in Political Science from Colorado College.
