Caroline Flynn has extensive experience in individual giving and supporter services, primarily with ActionAid UK from October 2016 to the present, where roles have included Individual Giving Acquisition Campaign Specialist and Individual Giving Retention Campaign Specialist. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Supporter Care Officer at Farm Africa and as a Supporter Services Assistant at Anthony Nolan. Initial career roles include various temporary support positions at Crisis and fundraising at Listen. Additionally, Caroline completed a project management apprenticeship at Multiverse and held administrative and sales roles at ASOS.com and Harrods, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from Nottingham Trent University and a Diploma in Art and Design from the University of the Arts London.
