Bridget Charhut has a strong background in customer success and marketing strategy. Bridget is currently working as a Manager of Customer Success at ActionIQ since 2023. Prior to that, Bridget held positions at Wunderkind, where they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager from 2020 to 2023.

Before Wunderkind, Bridget worked at The Leading Hotels of the World as a Manager of Customer Marketing Strategy from 2019 to 2020. Bridget developed and implemented strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and spend at luxury hotels globally.

From 2017 to 2019, Bridget worked at Marriott International, starting as an Account Coordinator and later becoming an Account Manager in Digital Marketing. Bridget managed digital marketing campaigns and analyzed performance to maximize results.

Bridget gained valuable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they served as a Rooms Voyager from 2015 to 2017. Bridget oversaw various departments and contributed to brand awareness and guest satisfaction.

In 2014, Bridget completed a management training internship at Eureka! Restaurant Group, where they rotated through different roles and analyzed profit and loss statements to optimize earnings.

Bridget also interned at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2013, working on eCommerce initiatives and website translations to increase traffic and revenue.

Bridget began their career at Hilton Anaheim in 2010 as an HR intern and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bagels and Brew.

Through their diverse work experience, Bridget Charhut has developed a strong foundation in customer success management, marketing strategy, and hotel operations.

Bridget Charhut attended Cornell University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Administration. Their field of study was focused on Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
