UnSun Lee has over two decades of experience in design and creative roles. They are currently working at ActionIQ as the VP of Design. Prior to that, they worked at GroundTruth as the Vice President Design, where they delivered user-centered UI, UX, and content solutions for a self-serve SaaS platform. They also led rebranding projects and crafted storytelling advertising concepts for RFP pitches.

Before GroundTruth, UnSun Lee held the position of Senior Creative Director at GroundTruth and worked on establishing brand differentiating creative and experience strategies. They also collaborated with cross-discipline teams and worked directly with the CEO and COO to design an executive presentation deck that sold Jumptap to Millennial Media.

UnSun Lee has also worked at Time Inc. as a UI/UX Lead, where they translated ideas into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and made design and user experience decisions. They served as the Creative Director at Mashable, owning the brand guidelines and developing the company's corporate brand strategy.

Their career also includes roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an Art Director, BrokerHub as a Design Director, Columbia University Digital Knowledge Venture as an Art Director, Context as a Senior Web Designer, and Harvard Business School Publishing as a Junior Designer. Their experience spans a range of industries and responsibilities, showcasing their expertise in design strategy, brand development, and user experience.

UnSun Lee has a diverse education history. They studied Fine Arts and Graphic Design at Tufts University. In 2002-2004, UnSun attended Université Paris-Sorbonne, focusing on French Language. Later, in 2018-2020, they obtained a certificate from General Assembly, specializing in Data Analytics, User Experience Design, and Digital Marketing.
