Kelley Otwell

Kelley Otwell has worked in a variety of roles in the IT sector. From 2008 to 2013, they served as an Information System Specialist in the US Marine Corps, where their responsibilities included the deployment of tactical local and wide area networks, network administration, design, and installation, maintaining and repairing data communication links, fiber-optic and tactical fiber-optic cabling. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Apex Systems as a QA Analyst and Deployment Technician. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Team Lead. In 2017, they worked at Allscripts as an Associate Project Manager, Associate Manager IT Service Delivery, and Senior Analyst. Her duties at Allscripts included day-to-day management of effective and efficient IT services, assisting in account profitability, effective management of the client relationship and resolution of client issues, and providing first-line technical support. In 2022, they began working at Actionstep as an Implementation Project Manager.

Kelley Otwell attended Thomas Edison State University from 2022 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
