Mark Jones has over twenty years of professional experience in sales and marketing. Mark began their career in 1998 as a Staff Consultant at Austin Lawler & Associates, a management consulting firm. In 1999, they joined Think Big Solutions as an Outside Sales Representative and was later promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2013, they became the Executive Manager and Think BIG Team Leader for Think BIG Solutions, a division of EPS Doublet. In 2015, they were appointed Director of US Sales at Team ProMark. In 2018, they moved to HotSchedules as the Director of Sales, and in 2021 they were appointed Sales Director, North America at Actionstep.

Mark Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa. Mark has also obtained four additional certifications: Conceptual Selling and Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group in April 2019, Situational Leadership from The Ken Blanchard Companies in October 2018, and Sonar Selling from Chris Calzone in May 2010.
