Natasha Dubauskas-Reed

Natasha Dubauskas-Reed has a long and varied work experience. Natasha began their career in 2005 as a Senior Executive at Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited, where their main responsibility involved client support and transactional management. In 2008, they volunteered as an English teacher in several locations throughout Asia, and upon returning to Australia, volunteered teaching migrants in the local community and tutoring children after school while studying for their Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice. In 2010, they took on the role of Sponsorship Coordinator at Lester Associates, and in 2011, became a Registered Migration Agent at Playfair Visa and Migration Services. In 2014, Natasha became an Australian Registered Migration Agent at Luscombe Legal, and in 2016, an Australian and New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser at Visalink. In 2017, they founded both NDR Consultancy Services and NDR Immigration Services. Most recently, in 2021, Natasha assumed the roles of Director of Innovation and Customer Success Consultant at Actionstep.

Natasha Dubauskas-Reed has a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (Honours) from the University of Wollongong which they obtained in 2002, a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from The Australian National University which they obtained in 2010, and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Securities and Investment Institute which they obtained in 2007. In addition, they have obtained a Trust Account Administrator certification from the New Zealand Law Society in March 2020, a Xero Certified certification from Xero in March 2020, and a Certified Consulting Partner of Actionstep certification from Actionstep in April 2017.
