Matthieu Aressy

Matthieu Aressy is an experienced R&D engineer, currently serving as an Ingénieur R&D at ACTIS Isolation since July 2021. Prior to this role, Matthieu Aressy worked at Terre Armée as an Ingénieur matériaux for nearly seven years, and served as a Research Associate at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, where Matthieu Aressy coordinated a project on aeronautic composite products and worked on natural fiber and bioplastic compatibility. Earlier experience includes R&D work at Scharly Designer Studio, focusing on bioplastic product development and patented olfactive additives, and a Process Engineer role at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, leading projects on cleaning simulation tools and product development of fluoropolymers. Matthieu Aressy holds a PhD in Material Science from Arts et Métiers, an MPhil in Science des matériaux from the University of Birmingham, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral program in management at École des Ponts Business School.
