Neda Vakilian

Neda Vakilian is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital raising and investor relations within the infrastructure and private equity sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Global Head of Investor Solutions at Actis since January 2022, Neda also held significant roles at Amber Infrastructure Limited from October 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included co-heading Capital Solutions and Investor Relations for a firm managing £8bn in assets. Prior experience includes roles at the Green Investment Group and prestigious law firms Clifford Chance LLP and SJ Berwin, focusing on private funds and equity. Neda holds a law degree from UCL and has completed education at Westminster School and King’s College London.
