Andrea Panzera

Andrea Panzera has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In their current role as Chief of Staff at Activ Surgical since 2021, they are responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Before joining Activ Surgical, Andrea worked at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from 2013 to 2020. As an Associate Training Manager, they developed and implemented training plans for sales professionals, collaborating with senior managers and regional leaders. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Coordinator/Admin Assistant, supporting the VP of Sales and contributing to the development and marketing of healthcare and life science products.

Andrea also gained experience at EMC from 2010 to 2013 as an Advertising Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they assisted in the execution and strategy development of brand marketing initiatives, with a focus on print and online media.

Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as a Nanny from 2007 to 2010, providing care and support to children. Andrea also held a managerial position at South Beach Tanning Salon from 2005 to 2008, where they supervised employees, trained new hires, ensured excellent customer service, and promoted sales.
