Mike McDonald

Mike McDonald is the founder of Activ8 and Recess Guardians. Recess Guardians is a charitable organization working to reintegrate play and physical activity back on the playground by empowering youth to lead their peers. Since 2011, the program has impacted over 250,000 youth in over 500 schools across five provinces. Mike McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
