Phyllis McIntyre Reid

Phyllis McIntyre Reid has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Phyllis began their career as a Senior Accountant at KPMG US in 1995 and worked there until 1998. Following that, they joined Advanced Energy Voorhees, Inc. as Manager of Accounting from 1998 to 1999. Phyllis then served as Controller at 4anything.com, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. Phyllis worked as a Fund Administrator at TL Ventures from 2001 to 2004. Phyllis then joined EnerTech Capital Partners as Director of Finance and Administration from 2004 to 2009. Phyllis worked as an Accounting Consultant from 2000 until May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at Activate Capital, a late-stage venture capital firm focused on the digital transformation of industrial systems and infrastructure.

Phyllis McIntyre Reid obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Rowan University in 1994. In 1998, they became a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
