Phyllis Reid

Phyllis is the Director of Finance at Activate Capital

Prior to joining Activate in 2018, Phyllis was the Director of Finance & Administration for EnerTech Capital Partners, an energy technology venture firm. In addition to managing the financial reporting for EnerTech’s two funds, she was responsible for SEC, legal, and tax matters. Phyllis was also a consultant for TL Ventures, a broadly diversified technology investor. She managed the financial reporting and investor capital accounts for three of TL Ventures' funds. Phyllis began her career with KPMG, LLP, working in its audit and assurance group in the Information, Communications & Entertainment practice.

Phyllis earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from Rowan University. CPA certified 1998-2007.
