Lee Greenwood

Lee Greenwood has extensive work experience in various roles in the learning and development field. Lee started their career at B&Q in 1999, where they worked as a Store Manager, Operations Manager, and Profit Protection Manager until 2004. Lee then joined Debenhams in 2005 and held several positions, including Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and L&D Advisor, until 2013. At Drax Group, they worked as a Group Blended Learning Specialist from 2013 to 2018. Lee then joined Direct Line Group as a Capability Consultant - Learning from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of L&D at Activate Group Limited, a position they have held since 2019.

Lee Greenwood received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics from the University of Kent in 1996. In 1998, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Human Resource Management at the University of Bolton. In 2014, Lee obtained a Certificate in Blended Learning from CIPD. Following this, in 2015, they furthered their education by completing a degree in Learning & Development Practitioner from CIPD, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, Lee obtained certifications in CIPD Learning & Development in November 2016 and CIPD Blended Learning in September 2014.
