Joel Chin Siang Hui

Joel Chin Siang Hui has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Joel started their career as an Analyst Programmer at SAIC in 1998. In 1999, they worked as an Application Specialist at Singapore Computer Systems Ltd.

In 2000, they co-founded Mobilelogo & Ecenz. The following year, in 2001, they worked as a Project Manager at Edgematrix.

In 2002, they co-founded Inphosoft and served as the Co-founder & Managing Director until December 2012.

Joel Chin Siang Hui then founded Actxa Pte Ltd in August 2015. Simultaneously, they served as the CEO of Activate Interactive Pte Ltd starting from July 2015.

In January 2013, they became the CEO of GINSMS Inc., a mobile technology and services company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV:GOK). The role involved focusing on telecom platforms and products, mobile advertising, mobile messaging, and mobile applications across various offices.

Most recently, in July 2021, they assumed the position of Chairman & CEO at Beat Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (9399).

Joel Chin Siang Hui began their education at Mountbatten Primary School, where they attended from 1980 to 1985. Joel then went on to study at Raffles Institution from 1986 to 1989. After completing their studies at Raffles Institution, Joel pursued higher education at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Engineering, graduating in 1997.
