Naomi Baer

Naomi Baer is the Chief Operating Officer at Activate. Naomi has dedicated their career to social innovation and entrepreneurship. Naomi has worked extensively in program design and management for social entrepreneurs at Stanford University, Net Impact, and Kiva. Naomi also has experience on the Board of Directors for myAgro. In their current role, Naomi is responsible for organizational effectiveness and program strategy for a global network of over 80,000 college students and professionals committed to social impact careers.

Naomi Baer attended Brown University, where they earned a B.A. in American Civilization. Naomi then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business to complete an executive education. Next, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro to earn a certification in Portuguese to English translation from the American Translators Association. Finally, they completed a certification in Organizational Capacity: Assessment to Action from Philanthropy University | An Educational Initiative.

Their manager is Todd Johnson, Interim Chief Executive Officer. They work with Karin Lion - Chief Growth Officer, Lisa Tomlinson - Chief People and Inclusion Officer, and Matt Price - President & Chief Operating Officer.
