Christopher Schmidt - Cissp

Christopher Schmidt is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security & IT at Home Care Pulse since April 2024, Christopher previously held the position of Senior IT Director: Infrastructure & Cyber Security at Denny's from April 2018 to May 2023. In this role, Christopher acted as the Chief Information Security Officer, overseeing the Enterprise Information Security program and managing multiple IT teams across numerous locations. Prior experiences include Manager of Information Security at Greenville Health System, where Christopher established a comprehensive information security framework, and roles at Florida Institute of Technology as both an Information Security Manager and an Adjunct Professor. Christopher's educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
