Becky Lantz-Rankin serves as the Director of IT Training and Support at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since March 1997. In this role, Becky oversees the Epic training team and manages various training projects, including staff management, project coordination, and curriculum development. Previous roles at Cleveland Clinic include ITD Manager for Epic Clinical, HIM, and Billing Training, where responsibilities included training hospital clinical staff on the Epic MyPractice Electronic Medical Record System. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Becky worked as a Trainer/Assistant Training Manager at ExecuTrain and as a Property Manager at Snyder Hunt Property Management. Becky began the career as a Store Manager at Gap, Inc. and holds a BS in Education with a focus on Corporate Training and Development from Kent State University.
