Stephan Wirtz

Stephan Wirtz has a diverse range of work experience. Stephan began their career as a Management Consultant at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, where they worked on various projects involving restructuring, cost accounting, evaluation systems, and benchmarking. After that, they served as a Financial Controller at Bosch before joining Schmoll Asia Pacific as a CFO. In 2011, they became the Group CFO at Cosmosupplylab Ltd., where they led the global operations of financial, IT, and legal departments. Following that, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Freudenberg & Vilene International Ltd., overseeing finance, market segment management, supply chain management, sourcing strategy, and IT. Currently, they hold the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Active Apparel Group Pty Ltd, where they are responsible for design, product development, manufacturing, and distribution services for sportswear and athleisure brands.

Stephan Wirtz's education history includes various degrees and programs. In 1995 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universität Passau. During this time, from 1997 to 1998, they also engaged in Language and Culture Studies at Sichuan University. In 2007, Stephan attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Human Resources Development. In 2015 to 2016, they completed an Executive Education program called the Global LEAD Program at Korn Ferry Hay Group. Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, they participated in the Global Business Leadership Program at INSEAD.
