Deirdre Hughes

Deirdre Hughes has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Deirdre began their career in GE as an Executive Site Leader and Portfolio Leader. Deirdre later joined GE Consumer Finance as an Operations Site Director, where they managed a large team and contributed to significant net income. Deirdre then moved on to Metropolitan Life as an Assistant Vice President, where they were responsible for managing a large team, achieving client satisfaction, and generating operating earnings. Deirdre also held roles at JP Morgan Chase and RCI Global Vacation Network before joining Group RCI, a division of Wyndham Worldwide, as the Vice President of Member Services and later as the Vice President of Transformation. Deirdre has also worked at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Regional Director, where they led a team of district managers and achieved growth in store sales. Prior to their current role at ActiveHealth Management, Deirdre worked at Customer Contact as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience Strategy & Operations. In their current role at ActiveHealth Management, Deirdre serves as the Director of Operations & Engagement Optimization, where they lead strategic changes in the product business model and oversees technology strategy for growth.

Deirdre Hughes attended Fordham University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Fordham University.
