Theresa Haines is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Active Hospitality since November 2021, Theresa has previously held significant roles including Team Lead at the Office for National Statistics in a temporary capacity, Senior Sales Manager at Whittlebury Park, and Sales Manager for venues at Macepark Hotels. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager and Sales Manager at Initial Style Conferences, and General Manager at Phoenix Park Leisure & Entertainment Centre. Theresa began their career as Deputy General Manager at Cranfield Management & Development Conference Centre. Education includes a degree in Hotel Management from Carlette Park Hotel Academy College.

In our two years of operation, Active Hospitality has become a leading owner and operator specialising in the local leisure and corporate communities in the South East and currently hold a portfolio of 5 venues. Although our portfolio consists of hotel assets, we also have past experience and involvement with commercial properties, such as serviced office space, gyms, and restaurants. Our mission to is incorporate all of these services within the hotel venue to provide multi use facilities including bedrooms, meeting and conference business, serviced offices, health and fitness and F&B offerings. Active Hospitality has the experience to operate multi use facilities aimed at 50% use by the local community and 50% use by inbound corporate and leisure users focusing on hotel properties with attractive risk-adjusted return.
