Chad Gonzales has over 15 years of work experience in business development and sales roles. Chad started their career in 2003 as a Sales Associate at Startech Environmental Corporation, where they trained new hires and reported directly to the EVP of Sales. In 2008, Chad joined ICON International, an Omnicom Company, as a New Business Director and was later promoted to Senior New Business Director. Chad was responsible for identifying new leads, establishing relationships, and procuring meetings with senior management. During their time at ICON International, Chad brought in over $80 million in new media bookings. In 2014, they joined MediaCrossing Inc. as a Director of Business Development, focusing on lead generation and establishing client relationships. Chad then moved to Evergreen-Partners, where they served as an Assistant Vice President of Sales & New Business Development. Currently, Chad is working as the Senior Director of New Business Development at Active International, a global business solutions company. In this role, they manage enterprise-level accounts and works with Fortune 1000 companies.
Chad Gonzales completed their secondary education at Fred C. Beyer High School from 1995 to 1999. Chad then pursued higher education at Albertus Magnus College from 1999 to 2003, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Science with a minor in English.
