Van Soan Nguyen

Van Soan Nguyen is an experienced Layout Manager currently working at Qorvo, Inc. since May 2019 and has held a Layout Manager position at Active-Semi International since February 2005. Responsibilities include building floorplans for integrated circuits (ICs), developing Tcells/Pcells libraries on process design kits (PDKs) for new processes, and creating/debugging command files for DRC/LVS/QRC/XOR rule decks using tools such as Dracula, Calibre, and Assura, which includes the creation of QA test cases. Van Soan Nguyen holds a degree in Control Engineering and Automation from the Military Technical Academy, obtained between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Hanoi University of Industry, completed from 2000 to 2003.
