Deborah Heisler

Deborah Heisler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Deborah began their career at Walt Disney World Company in 1997 as part of the College Program. Deborah then worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor at Harbour Island Athletic Club-Wellbridge from 1998 to 2001. Deborah also served as an Assistant Fitness Coordinator at the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2001. Deborah joined New Tampa YMCA in 2001 as an Aerobic Director and held that position until 2007.

In 2002, Deborah started working at Club One, where they held various roles including Group Exercise/Fitness Specialist, Program Manager, and Senior Program Manager until 2012. Deborah then joined Active Sports Clubs in 2013 as a General Manager for the Flamingo Fitness Center and later became a Regional Account Manager from 2015 to 2016.

Currently, Deborah is working at Active Wellness as the Director of Operations since June 2016. Deborah recently transitioned to the role of Regional Vice President of Operations in October 2021.

Deborah Heisler obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego between 1994 and 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2001, obtaining a Master of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction.
