Biannca L. has gained a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Biannca began their career in 2017 as a Team Member at Oporto Franchising Pty Ltd, where they demonstrated excellent sales service and contributed to the smooth operation of the restaurant. In 2019, they transitioned to Coghlan Pty Ltd, starting as a Warehouse Assistant responsible for sorting deliveries and meeting tight deadlines for customer orders. Biannca then moved on to become an Information Technology Administrator, where they provided exceptional internal and external service and developed strategies to improve business practices. In 2021, Biannca joined ActiveCampaign as a Product Support Specialist before being promoted to a Customer Support Specialist role. In these positions, they provided support to customers, analyzed product problems, and assisted in creating help articles and text expanders. Currently, they hold the position of Premier Support Specialist at ActiveCampaign.

Biannca L. completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, attending from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they briefly studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Western Sydney University in 2018. Alongside their formal education, Biannca obtained various certifications, including Modern HTML & CSS From The Beginning, Introduction to Cybersecurity, Learn HR Fundamentals for a Career in Human Resources, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Biannca also completed courses such as Social Media Marketing Foundations and IT Help Desk for Beginners through platforms like LinkedIn. In 2018, they received an Accredited Barista Course certification from Coffee School and obtained their Higher School Certificate from the NSW Education Standards Authority in 2017.
