Chelsea Marion

Chelsea Marion has extensive work experience in various industries. Chelsea began their career at Comcast as a Freshman Intern, where they gained exposure to different aspects of marketing and business development. Chelsea then worked as a Tutor for the Literacy Corps, focusing on improving the literacy skills of inner-city children and assisting with ESL instruction for refugees.

Marion later joined Jerk Magazine as a Public Relations Representative and Distribution Manager, where they coordinated the distribution of magazines on the Syracuse University campus and organized launch parties. Chelsea also developed and maintained relationships with university staff.

At Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi, Marion worked as a Media Production Assistant, creating visual media for marketing purposes and visiting local high schools to promote the university's international student exchange programs. Chelsea then joined Syracuse University, first as an Athletic Communications Assistant, where they assisted in media representation and facilitated press requests for the university's athletic programs.

Marion also worked as a Leadership Intern at Syracuse University, where they collaborated with the Literacy Corps and Volunteer Office to implement community service initiatives. Additionally, they served as a Tour Guide, conducting campus tours and preparing materials for prospective student events.

Following their time at Syracuse University, Marion joined Birchbox as a member of the Branding & Partnerships Team. Chelsea played a role in developing materials that demonstrated the value of Birchbox partnerships to external stakeholders.

Chelsea'snext position was at Curalate, where they served as a Client Success Manager and later as a Senior Client Solutions Manager. In these roles, Marion was responsible for managing client relationships and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Currently, Marion is working at ActiveCampaign as a Learning & Development Program Manager. Chelsea also served as the ActivelyBlack ERG Lead, where they led the Employee Resource Group focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Chelsea previously held the position of Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at ActiveCampaign.

Chelsea Marion completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2013 to 2014. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications & Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University. Chelsea also participated in a Study Abroad program during the Spring semester at Bahcesehir University. Prior to their higher education, they attended Abington Senior High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chelsea obtained a Curalate Certification from Curalate in May 2016 and an AM/CS Professional Certification from Sales Assembly in November 2020.
