Jennifer Leblanc

Jennifer LeBlanc has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Learning and Development at ActiveCampaign since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development Programs at DoorDash from December 2020 to May 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Jennifer held the role of Senior Learning Strategist at Red Hat, where they designed and implemented leadership development programs to support the company's growth strategy. Jennifer also provided thought leadership on organizational effectiveness and consulted with senior leaders to bridge leadership and performance gaps.

Before joining Red Hat, Jennifer served as the Leadership and Organizational Development Manager at Chase Paymentech/JPMorgan Chase from 2006 to 2015. In this role, they managed professional development programs, drove career development strategies, and led initiatives to advance women in leadership.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Speaker for Monster's Making It Count program from 2004 to 2008. Jennifer also held the position of Area Manager at Personnel Management Inc from 1996 to 2001, and Director of Corporate Training at Personnel Services Inc from 1994 to 1996.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, leadership programs, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

Jennifer LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at Purdue University, which they completed in 2002.
