Jordan Kerr

Senior Manager, Customer Experience at ActiveCampaign

Jordan Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, Jordan worked at Lightsounds as an Assistant Manager Support/Sales, where they managed client accounts, facilitated sales, and provided technical support. In 2006, Jordan joined Strato AG as a Lead Support Engineer, responsible for technical support and testing software. In 2009, Jordan joined Acrolinx as a Lead Technical Support Engineer, providing support for products and customizing the CRM system. Jordan progressively advanced within Acrolinx, taking on roles such as Manager Technical Support, Director Technical Support, and Senior Director Global Support. These positions involved managing support teams, implementing processes, optimizing workflows, and handling escalations. Most recently, in 2022, Jordan joined ActiveCampaign as a Senior Manager Customer Support.

Jordan Kerr attended Middlesex University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recording Arts with a specialization in Acoustic Design.
