Marina Martins began their work experience in 2012 as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Hypnose Shoes Store. In 2014, they took on a Summer Job role at Wisp Resort. In 2015, Marina worked as a Project Manager for AIESEC, where they successfully managed the recruitment team for exchange students in technology companies. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Resultados Digitais, starting as a Sales Development Representative and later becoming a Sales Representative and Farmer, achieving the best Monthly Recurring Revenue award in September 2018. Marina then joined ActiveCampaign in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, where they onboarded clients, provided training, and worked closely with them to achieve their desired results. Marina later advanced to the role of Level 2 Customer Success Manager and then Support and Success Manager. Currently, Marina holds the position of Manager, Onboarding LatAm at ActiveCampaign.

Marina Martins attended the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in digital marketing and sales, including Email Marketing Mastery and Conversion Funnel Mastery from DigitalMarketer in 2019, and Email & Marketing Automation, Getting Started with ActiveCampaign, Sales Automation, and Segmentation & Contact Management from ActiveCampaign in 2019. Marina also earned certifications in Agência de Sucesso and Certificação em Customer Success from Resultados Digitais in 2018, Produção de Conteúdo Web from Resultados Digitais in 2017, and Certificação de uso do software RD Station, Certificação em Inbound Marketing, and Certificação em Inside Sales from Resultados Digitais in 2016.
